Journey to reclaim your body as healer, guide and friend.

This 4 session workshop series for women is an invitation for a deeper level of healing using nature as a guide to help you reconnect with your own true nature.

Each session is crafted to blend ancient wisdom practices with real life practicality and modern science. You will be offered skill building techniques to unlock your own healing power creating more confidence, love and peace in your body, mind and spirit.

A blend of skills and techniques will be offered in this series including yoga (beginner level), meditation, crystal healing, sound healing, sacred space, energy healing and ceremony.

Yoga Nidra begins with gentle stretching and breathing exercises before you lie down in a comfortable position. You are then gently guided through a specific meditation leading to alert awareness while deeply relaxed. It is in this state that you have access to “delete” old programming in your body/mind and ”download” an upgraded program for health, peace, joy and confidence.

Stacey brings a client centered compassionate approach to teaching people how to feed themselves with Kindness. A lifelong student of the healing arts , Stacey has studied Reiki, Crystal healing, Sound healing, Energy Healing and is a graduate of the Kind Yoga teacher training program.

Diana Mansfield, LMHC, RYT is a psychotherapist and integrative yoga therapist working with the complex issues of healing and growth. Diana is a passionate student of yoga philosophy and practice for over 40 years. Her compassionate and intuitive approach supports the complex journey toward emotional awareness and the development of Authentic Self.
