    Daily Sacred Facilitators:

    Stacey Richmond, RD, RYT practices integrative nutrition therapy on the Cape and South Shore for over 18 years. Stacey brings a client centered compassionate approach to teaching people how to feed themselves with Kindness. A lifelong student of the healing arts , Stacey has studied Reiki, Crystal healing, Sound healing, Energy Healing and is a graduate of the Kind Yoga teacher training program.

    Diana Mansfield, LMHC, RYT is a psychotherapist and integrative yoga therapist working with the complex issues of healing and growth. Diana is a passionate student of yoga philosophy and practice for over 40 years. Her compassionate and intuitive approach supports the complex journey toward emotional awareness and the development of Authentic Self.

    Mindful Eating Meditation for Everyone

    A mindful eater is aware and connected to internal and external cues for eating . Is curious about the connection between food, mind, body, spirit and the environment. Practices kindness towards self for all eating behavior. Chooses food that is pleasing to your senses and nourishes all aspects of your self. Helps to regulate impulsive eating behaviors

    Come learn the 3 easy steps to Mindful Eating.

    This experiential workshop includes:

    • Mindful Eating meditation
    • Breath awareness and the connection to metabolism
    • Creating sacred space and community sharing

    6 Week Mindful Eating Yoga Series
    Kind Eating with Stacey Richmond, RD

    Kind Eating Kind Being is a mindfulness based eating program for women who want to create a healthy relationship with food, eating, body image and weight. This safe group experience will provide community, connection and skill building;

  • Nourishing the Feminine Self

    Woman’s Retreat

    A weekend Woman’s Retreat of self discovery and connection to the sacred feminine Autumn brings a slower rhythm to our lives as mother nature prepares for the season of deep reflection. Take some time to connect with the earth, yourself and a community of like minded women in this nurturing retreat. You will experience pampering your inner and outer self with Meditation, Gentle Sacred Yoga (all levels of experience) and Mindful Eating Experiences. We will provide a delicious Whole Food Organic meals and snacks.
